She and he, stare to one object, Kim So Yoong. That girl too beautiful for being a human, she is really kind, likes to helping people and always good in her major. Many peoples put envious feeling to her and also many peoples hate her just because they can’t be like So Yoong.

“She is so lovely...her parents must be proud having her. Anyway, she replied my text last night.”

Ahreum little bit shock heard that, “How can Wonshik-a? What kind of message you sent to her?”

Wonshik shows his phone to Ahreum. “You can read it by your self.”

Ahreum takes that and read slowly the text between them, “So, you asked her to join your charity event? Eih, of course she will say yes for this. But, why you suddenly have event like this?”

“That because my parents held that for their bussiness so, I think that will be so great if I invite Soso.” Wonshik feels so proud because So Yoong or Soso can be attend that event. “If you want to come, just come. I heard Soso will come with Youngjae.”

“Ugh?! Wonshik-a, they are dating....didn’t they?” Ahreum asks that and Wonshik just laughing.

“Why your face like that?! Anyway, about that I didn’t know, if you really want to get an answer, I think you can ask it directly to Soso. Did you closer to her? That will be easy to talk to her if you closer to her, because I really like her!”

“Eww Wonshik-a, don’t use me for your bussiness!” then Ahreum looks so sad.

Wonshik pat her shoulder, “I know you crush a lot to Youngjae, but you must know, he doesn’t notice you. He’s popular guy, and you just an ordinary girl, he wouldn’t notice you how hard you try.”

Ahreum knows that, but she thinks she deserves a chance by closer to Soso and she thinks that will work become friend with Yoo Youngjae. “I know Wonshik-a, but I want to try it. Would you help if I need your help? I just have you as my best friend.”

Wonshik pinch her nose, “Of course! Just say that to me, if  I able to do that, I will.”

Next week when the charity event on going, all eyes goes to Soso. Many good compliments about Soso, even Wonshik’s parents said that Soso is like an angel. Many guests loving Soso, but Ahreum just sit on chair and watching over Youngjae. Of course, he being a centre too because he is too handsome and so  humble. Also he is loves to make a joke. He makes people laugh.

If they are dating, that would be a perfect couple....hhhh~

“Ah you’re so cute! Who is your name?” Ask Soso to a little girl. But that kid too shy to answer that and just hiding behind her mom.

“She is shy, she keeps said that you’re beautiful like a doll. Anyway, did you attend in Yeorim college?” ask that old lady.

Soso smiling, “Yes ma’am. How did you know?”

That old lady point to a girl who was sit on a huge chair. “I’m her aunt. She is attend in same college with you, and several times she shared a story about you.”

Soso looks to that direction, “Oh, Ahreum eonni..? She is my senior ma’am. We’re close. May I know, what kind of story that she shared to you?” while asking, Soso playing with that little girl.

“Many stories, but she severaly mentions that you’re so beautiful and everybody in campus liking you.”

Then Soso changed her expression, “Really? She always mentioned that ma’am? Did she lives with you?”

That old lady feeling confuse, “Ah, not always but several times. I’m not live with her, her house is next my house. Her dad is my elder brother.”

Then Youngjae comes and pick up that little girl, “Booo~ who is the beautiful kid in here? Who is your name, pretty?” and that little girl didn’t blink when see to Youngjae.

“Ah I see ma’am. I heard her dad work for Wonshik’s dad?”

“From where you heard that? That’s is not true..”

Then, Youngjae joins the convo, “But we heard that her dad work for Wonshik’s dad? I’m pretty sure heard that from her...did you remember Sso when she talked that when you finished your class last month?”

“Ah not like that...her dad...,” before that old lady continue it, her daughter crying because she can’t even talk something when Youngjae picked her. “Oh, Sena, Sena crying, I need calm her..” then the old lady grab her daughter and move to another spot.

“Why Soso? Why your face look ... weird like that? Did you want to talk to her? Did you feel what I feel?”

Soso just moves her sight to Youngjae, “Maybe, I’m not sure. Close to her, not mean I can’t get more info from her. She is hard to speak when she with us. Will you try to ask that to her..?”

“Huh? Ask about her father? Why should I....I have no interest with her. Did you know, once I text her and she replied it so long. That was so annoying. She looks fun in text, but when face to face, she is really quiet. I dislike person like that.”

Soso feels lilbit annoys with Youngjae’s statement. “You can’t judge her from that..she is nice girl, she never get me into trouble! She is always help me when I need her..”

Youngjae giggles, “But you never have a time for her when she needs you. Don’t you think, you’re ‘perfect’? Maybe peoples around you say good compliment about you, but I really know you, Kim So Yoong.”

“Don’t ever talk like this again with me! If you playing with my friend, you’ll die, Yoo Youngjae.” Soso said it with smiling and then leave him. Soso just keep her ‘good’ image.

Wonshik saw that, but couldn’t hear what they’re talking about. “Did I saw Soso mad a moment ago? What’s happened? Couple problem?”

Ahreum feeling bored then she standing up and walk to Wonshik, but Soso hold that. “Ahreum eonni! When you come? Why you didn’t tell me before...if you tell me I can pick up you ..”

“Oh..So Yoong-a...I’m sorry..I’m in hurry when I came to here so I left my phone at home. You’re look incridible pretty this night..” Ahreum touching the gowns that Soso wear and smile. “I saw Youngjae earlier, are you come with him?”

Soso nodding, “Yes, I came with him. You wanna say hi to him?”

“A...no..no, I want to meet Wonshik.” She walks again but Soso still hold her arm.

“Wait, eonni...I want to ask something.....,hmm....can I come to your house when I have free time?”

“Ugh?” Ahreum just rolling her eyeballs, “..why not...is that an important? You can come to my house everytime..my parents will happy if you visit my house.”

Soso smiling a bit, “Really? Why?”

“Why you so weird now...of course they will happy because my friend will come to look me...just come when you have time, I need to talk with Wonshik right now. Hmm, I think Wonshik’s dad calling you right now. Hurry up go to him..”

When Soso leaving Ahreum, she feels this is not right but she ignore that.

“Ahreum-i~ I’m sorry I’m busy so it’s late to greeting you. How was the food, ok?” Wonshik let Ahreum sits beside him. “Are you feel happy can see your crush in here? He is looks good wearing suit.”

For a while Ahreum looking to her crush and smiling but she just start with another topic, “Did everything going well? Your dad get many donation right?”

“Yeah, seems like that. Why, is there something wrong...? You look...not satisfy..what’s wrong? Speak to me, don’t hide anything from me. Or I’ll gonna be mad on you.”

Ahreum just feeling lilbit not okay, “I should wear a dress, but I ended up just wearing jeans and sweater. You look so handsome in suit, Wonshik-a.” Ahreum tidy up his bowtie.

“I was told you, but you never hearing me. I was text you, but you unread my message. You always like that..”

“I’m sorry, I’m in hurry so I left my phone at home. Seems Soso text me before but I didn’t know that.” Then she’s smile and look unhappy. “Have I, always like this, Wonshik-a? I always around her and I feel uncomfortable because when I around her..”

“Hey, look at me,...what is wrong with you? Did you want to give up?” Wonshik grab her chin and look through her eyes. “You can’t hiding your feeling, that is not good...you need to speak up you feeling to him.”

Then Ahreum shook her head, “If I close to him like I close to you, I have to say that when I meet him for first time. I lost my soul when I look to him, you never know how is my feeling when I see him.”

“Then don’t make it too difficult!! Be a friend with him, you can start by text him..he is loving a person with manner. You already know he is has high criteria and you feel small because of that, but remember, you are an important person. I can’t be brave if you are not my best friend.”

“I feel really thankful, but it’s really cruel. I think I need a time. Where is the exit way...?” She is stands up and busy for looking an exit way.

“Do you want back? Don’t, it’s too early, the event still on going..”

“No, just refresh my mind Wonshik-a..”

Wonshik send her to a huge balcony then leave her alone.

Youngjae just come from rest room and walk through passed her, then he moved back. “Ahreum?”

Ahreum feeling shock then she turns, “Oh hey. Youngjae-ssi.” She smiling but so weird.

“What are you doing in here? The entertainment time has started right now..”

For a while, Ahreum feeling really good get a chance talk with her crush, “Ah yeah? I will be there later..”

“You came to here for party with Wonshik right, you should accompany him. C’mon, he is waiting you. Don’t make him waiting.” Youngjae walks to Ahreum and just grabbing her arm and drag her.

“But, wait..wait.......,Youngjae-ssi...you grab it too hard..” Ahreum try to escape that hand.

Youngjae turns and slowly to loose that, “Oh. I’m sorry...so, I want to ask you something..”

Ahreum won’t to see his eyes, she feeling her heartbeat up and down, but in same time she feeling not good, “What’s that..?”

“Hmm, Sena is your cousin right? She is so cute. I want give her chance to try a CF. How?”

“Did you met my aunty?”

Youngjae nodding, “Yes, we talked lots things, and I like Sena. Can you help me to get permission to her parents..? I beg you!”

“I’ll try later..”

Youngjae smile, “Wah, you’re a good friend! Anyway, just text me if you already talk that with them. Can you...? And one thing, if you can make your cousin sign contract with my dad production house, I’ll give you something.”

“Huh...? I’ll help you, not meaning I want something from you...”

Youngjae feeling this girl is too honest, “Whatever, let’s make a friend first! Shake hand?”

With her doubt, Ahreum shake his hand and make deal with it.

Long months has passed, they four often spend time together. Now, Wonshik mostly like Youngjae, many girls try to closer with him. Now all peoples in campus call start to know who is Wonshik and who is Ahreum. Since Ahreum made Sena signed contract with Youngjae’s dad production house, she has bigger chance to talk over Youngjae, but she seems feeling not good for do that until Soso found something about her.

When they gather together in a cafe, Soso speaks up.

“I thought your dad working under Wonshik’s dad company. So, he is the founder of the charity company? And Wonshik’s dad is the manager..? I thought you are the honest one between us.”

“I was said it Soso, but you still didn’t believe that..you fall into her trick. So tricky, did you, Ahreum.”

Wonshik feels it will going bad, “Wait...don’t say like that Youngjae-ya...I’m sure Ahreum has reason, is it right?”

Ahreum can’t answer that, because what is Youngjae said is true.

“Look, she even didn’t answer you..what things that you hiding from us? I bet you have many secrets about yourself. I no wonder, people always compared you to Soso. Look at she, she is perfect. Right Wonshik-a..?”

“Huh...? Y-yes...every people can see that..but, I think too harsh if you said she is tricky..”

Ahreum standing up, “Nothing wrong with that Wonshik-a...I’m sorry I didn’t tell that in beginning of our friendship..please don’t take it seriously..hahhahaha..” then she laughing like nothing happened.

“Then can you make me sign contract to Hanyang entertainment, eonni? If you can do that with your niece, then do it for me. Help me eonni..” Soso beg that to her when she know that Ahreum’s dad is important person.

“I’ll try but you need to do audition,...”

Then Youngjae say, “Oh Kim So Yoong want to be a model right..? You will be so famous later, and when you famous don’t forget to bring me to a luxury restaurant...”

Wonshik look at Ahreum and feel pity because he is really know why Ahreum never reveal that to public.

A year passed, Ahreum helping Soso a lot and now she become a hot model and she never meet Ahreum again. When Ahreum try to call her, she never can talk with Soso. When Wonshik know this, he helped Ahreum to have a time with Youngjae and that was made a progress. But, he still feel that Ahreum not feel satisfied.

“You and him... get more closer, right?”

“Thanks for the tea,...” Ahreum grabs a cup of tea from Wonshik. “Yes...we are talked a lots of things when I met him..but I still feel not happy..”

“Have you talk that to him..?”

Ahreum shook her head, “I think I won’t talk that to him. I think I know the answer.”

“That is not right, Ahreum....until when you will being act like this? You always say that you’re happy help them, but you’re not...if you like this and can’t change this, just leave them...for what you hold them while them didn’t give you best respons.”

Wonshik said right, but for Ahreum...this is kind of bad. “If I do that to them and never tell the reason, I’ll be bad same like them...that is worst, Wonshik-a.”

“You received pain from them. So, now you’re acting nice and pretend nothing happen. Are you out of your mind? Wake up, Ahreum. If you still keep your feeling to Youngjae and plan to never tell him just because you already know the answer, be better you throw him away from your head. I feel sick looking you like this..”

“Then, why you can’t be my boyfriend?”

“I just can’t. Seriously, stop hurting your self. You deserve a better life than this.”

“Well, Wonshik-a...I need to do something right now.” She standing and run leave Wonshik with a hundred questions.

“Why you come to here without tell me first, Ahreum?” Youngjae just opened his door and shock found Ahreum exhausted. “You want drink maybe?”

“...I let you know something, .... then give me your honestly feeling about that.”

She will do that.

She will speak up.

“...something..? About..???”

Ahreum grabs his arm, “I have crush on you, Yoo Youngjae....”

Youngjae smiling and touch her hand, “I know that Ahreum. Take it easy...you look so nervous now..,” Youngjae hold her hand and look at her. “...,I’ll be so happy if you say this while bring something to me.”

“Huh?? And how about your feeling to me?”

“New gadget more important than that all, Ahreumiyaa~~~”

Prolog.

“She always said, `Aunty, today So Yoong look beautiful and she’s so kind and humble. I wonder how if I being her for a day. A lots people will love me and I’ll get some chocolates from my fans. And also I can wear pretty clothes like she was wear.’ She said thingy like this after she back from campus. Then I requested pretty dress to her father, when I took that from his, Ahreum always refused to wear that. She said, `I won’t being a centre, I won’t make So Yoong think that I’m her rival.’ I never know what is her thought, and one day in past, I saw her shoes already broke but when I bought new pair for her, again, she rejected. `I won’t wear same shoes like my crush, I won’t make my crush look like fool because all peoples will thinks he dating ugly girl.’ She never say it directly but I know, maybe she thinks she is not a good one. She always keep something alone and she didn’t easily trusting people now. As an aunty I feel lilbit sad when I know my niece walking in hard feeling like this, but I can’t do much.”
