“When we will done do this job? Many cops wanted us die or alive..” Hongbin said it while counting many dollars in his hand.

She sighs, “C’mon Bean, we need much money! You didn’t forgetting why we do this, right? Or you start to feel guilty?”

Hongbin throw the money and standing up, “Hey, I didn’t feel any guilty. It’s fun, I just feel not comfortable when I walk around in town. Eventhough they didn’t know our secret place, but someday we need to move again to safer place.”

She’s giggles, “Hhuhuhuh, it’s okay Bean, I still have many secret place for hiding. Don’t worry about that. Anyway, how if we set a plan? I really want to rob Hyudang Bank. What do you think?”

“Ugh, are you serious? That bank has super high securities! You can’t enter without ID to there.”

Mona hits Hongbin, “I know that! I have way to enter that and hack the system. Don’t you believe me, Lee Hongbin?”

“I just worry if you catch easily by cops...then there is the end. You ever stayed in jail once and you can get out from there, but I doubt you will have second chance.”

“This time not an end, trust me. Now,  I need explain my plan to you..”

Meanwhile in another place...

“I don’t want to know, you as a police, should catch them die or alive. And you, young boy, you are the one younger among another and I heard you one of a kind, so I put high hopes on you. Jung Daehyun.”

“Yes Sir! I’ll bring them to you!” Jung Daehyun is the new police who is transfered from Busan and his first job is join the cops criminal team to catch 2 peoples who was did many criminality in Seoul.

Many seniors put hatred on him just because he is younger than others and also he is always doing good job.

This night, the cops start to work in crime scene at took a place in a minimarket. They check the detail at there, the really want find something important that thief lefts in there. Cops feeling hard to catch them because they worked really clean.

About the sketch that police spread in Seoul and stick that on wall in near public place is not accurate because they just drew that based on victim comment.

“Sir! I found something.” a police report that to Daehyun.

“What’s is that?”

“Please follow me, Sir.”

That police found a little brooch fell near the storage room. A cute lion brooch.

“This Sir, I found this little bit broken. Maybe the thief in hurry so accidentaly step this.” That police give that to Daehyun and wrap it with plastic.

Daehyun stares to brooch, “Ok, good job. I’ll keep this. Keep searching until this area clean.”

A week after that accident, Mona successful entering the Hyudang Bank. So easy, so simple. From far place, not too far from that bank, Hongbin controlling the situation. He read it, learn it. He waiting for Mona until evening come.

...

“Are you sure, no one recognize you Mona?” Hongbin so worry.

Then Mona takes her wallet and throw to Hongbin, “That is for you. Stop worrying me, I’m ok.”

He takes the wallet and find many US dollars inside. “Hell! How can you got this all? Are you sure no one see you did this? Besides, they have many CCTV!” He takes all and start counting in.

“I already take down the CCTV when I took that all. Work as a teller at there not bad. I just took my salary, illegaly. Hahahahha!” She smiling and feel really happy.

Hongbin amazed, “It’s much! Really! If like that, do that again Mona! So we can move from Seoul and start new life in another place! Stay in here is not comfortable! I need inhale more oxygen!”

“CK!” Mona takes back her wallet, “Hongbin-a, just wait a litte while, we are gonna rob that bank. I have plan B. But I will reveal it soon when the time come.” She smile to Hongbin and show her eyes smile.

“....Kim Mona, if I didn’t met you in jail at that time, I don’t know how to survive...”

“That was our destiny. You’re a good friend. I like you being my friend and do this risky job together. Now, let me cook something for you!” She stood up and walk to kitchen and prepare dinner for them.

For Hongbin, more than a friend I think. You’re like my light, Mona.

Jung Daehyun check some things in his office. He knows that brooch, he really know it. But he still ignoring his own thought about that, “It’s too impossible.”

Until he opens a file in his private laptop. He does double check, and really want to find another speculation about his own thought but it’s feeling so hard to denying it.

“Sir, can I come in?” A police knock the door and bring some paper.

“Ah sure, please sit down. Did you get what I want?”

Then he give the paper to Daehyun, “I’m sure enough, this brooch fell from a jumper. I was checked the fabric in brooch and that was a jacket or a jumper.”

Daehyun read the advisory on paper, “So, you will say this brooch was wear by a guy?”

“There is 50%, Sir. Girl can wear jumper, since they came to rob a minimarket, there is a chance the two of them wearing same clothes. You said check the CCTV? Are they appear at there?”

Daehyun shook his head, “No one appear except the staff. Seems they know how to manipulate camera. Thanks for your hardwork, and help me to track the fabric of the jumper. If we know the jumper type, that will make our job easier.”

Almost a month Mona working in Hyudang Bank and she learn lots about the situation at bank, she remember well the weak time at bank and also habit from the another employees or guardians.

It’s going well, but the centre of this place is that room in third floor. I still haven’t find yet the way to go to inside the room...if I can go there easily...

Mona being an good employee and many peoples love her and always helping Mona. But there is a problem that Mona and Hongbin didn’t know.

Hongbin stay in a tea shop and still watching the area near Hyudang. But in 5 days back ago, Hongbin always find a same person standing in same spot. “Is he...want to attack the bank? He is look dangerous..”

While Hongbin watching that guy, “Bean! What are you starring to? Your tea getting cold..”

“AH! Mona..you give a heart attack! Is it already 7pm? How was there? Everything under your control now?”

She nodding, “I have one problem. Let’s go home, I need your idea. And also need your computer.” Mona grabs his arm and make it Hongbin standing up.

“Wait, I want to ask something...do you know that guy?” Hongbin point that spot but no one at there.

Mona check that, “Who? No one! C’mon we need hurry to back. Not good if we too long staying in public place. Anyway the sketch that police drew about us is really ugly.” Then Mona giggles when remembering the sketch.

“Ah, that...I look too old and my lips so big. And your eyes too small and your head look so big with ugly nose. Police can’t draw well, they are so bad! Mona-ya, if we success rob Hyudang, what is your plan after get all money?”

“Hmm....I will move to far far away from Seoul. And I will go to Vegas, do gambling and drinking beer,  get have fun at there..”

Hongbin walks faster and look down to Mona, “Don’t get drunk, that is not good!”

She giggles again, “Why, we are baddest, so, drink beer until I get drunk...that is kind of bad person like us. I have no regret doing this, I choosed this, you are my crime partner. We are doing it fun right..”

They arrive in their secret place.

Hongbin let Mona sits and resting. “But...if someday I want to change..?” he asks that while look at Mona.

“That is your choice, Bean...since I’m just half asian..,I never think about manner or the thingy like that. I just want to be rich, so I can stop struggling with this bad luck.”

“What is the different about asian or not if you want to change be better, I think all peoples can do that.”

Mona turns and grab Bean’s shoulder, “Listen, I am not you. So if you someday tired with this all, you can leave and change whatever you want. But for me, this is my comfort zone and no one can change except me. The risky to die is high, but I really happy do this, you know. Like you really fun when you eating pizza.”

Hongbin stare seriously to Mona but he decides to respect Mona. “Ok, I got it Kim Mona.”

Mona pat his head but find something missing, “Where is your brooch? Did you lost that Bean?!”

Hongbin swipe his jumper, “Uh? Where is it? Did it fall? I haven’t yet washing this cloth..” He start to find that at floor.

“Seriously, you need to find that Bean!!” Mona yelling to Bean and that’s make Bean starled.

Daehyun succeced track the jumper and he find the store that selling that.  “Expensive jumper, so, the person have much money. If not, he can’t spend money here.”

He entering the store and talk with the owner, he shows an information about that jumper. But it’s still clueless because too many persons bought that. But a police always get way to know more.

“This jumper is expensive and I think most of your costumers will pay it with credit card. Can I check your bill history? Just show me as you can, I need it for now.”

Then the owner give the history bill to Daehyun. It’s took a long time to track that. Daehyun staying at that store more than 2 hours and he gets some names then he will check that bank account for know the culprit.

Finally, just need an hour to track the credit card owner and appear the addresses. Daehyun goes to there to make it sure.

But all of them, 5 peoples said that they lost their wallet and also the credit card. But one of them said knowing a big amount of transaction happened around a month ago. And that was a transaction of that jumper.

“I got you, jerk!” said him after can solved this credit card problem and Daehyun will report this to team.

“But the brooch....I’m sure, I know that...should I go to her house? Her parents will kick me out again like the last time...but I need to check where is she right now...it’s already 5 years.......”

“Mona.....please forgive me...., I really didn’t know if I really lost that...why you being like this..don’t angry to me...”

Mona show her death glare, “I was said! That is my precious things and now you lost that! That is just one in this world! Even with all money in Hyudang, you not able to buy that!”

“Oh c’mon Kim Mona! That was just a lion brooch! I can buy hundred beautiful brooch than that!”

Mona takes his flashdisk so rude from the PC, “I didn’t need any else brooch to replace that! No one things can replace that brooch!” then she takes her bag and want to go outside but Hongbin pull hard her arm.

“Where will you go!? Stay!” he’s yelling loud.

Mona escapes his hand, “Why? Why I can’t go? This is my place, I can go and come as I want! Don’t ever control me! Find that brooch or you will not get any money again!”

Mona already grab a door knop but Hongbin hold it. “This place isn’t yours, but ours! And,...one things you should know....,I didn’t need your money! We did that together, so money in this place is ours! So please stop your madness about that brooch! Don’t act like a kid!”

Mona turns and slap Hongbin’s cheek so hard, ‘PLAAAK!’

“Do you think, I will listen to you? Do you think, I will easy to follow you? Do you think,...I can fall into you?! Think it again, Lee Hongbin. I didn’t care about your feeling, I never. I do what I want, I love what  I do. If once again you try to control me, I will kick you out from this.”

Hongbin giggles so bitter while patting his cheek, “You can’t do that!!!!” Hongbin in madness and grab her neck and push her so badly to floor and force to kiss her lips. While Mona still kicking and hitting Hongbin but she weaker than a guy like Hongbin. Mona kicking non-stop but everytime she kicking, Hongbin more deeper force the kiss to her. Until Hongbin get hit by a bottle and feeling hurt in his head.

Mona stand up and she is fast to run. She has plan C for do crime in Hyudang soon.

“Kim Mona is not longer be my daughter. And why you really want to know about her now? Didn’t you remember what was you did to her?! And look you now, you are a cop.”

“Uncle, please don’t bring up the past things!”

Daehyun has a conversation with Mona’s father. They both had bad past, Daehyun knowing Mona, so did Mona. But Daehyun ruined everything in the past.

“Get lost and please don’t ever you come to here again. If my wife know you in here now, you’ll end. Don’t ask about Mona, she is not longer be my daughter. And you are a cop now, you should find her with your way.” Then he close the door really hard and Daehyun gets nothing.

“SHIT!” Daehyun said and kick the air. “I need hurry back to town and find her. I’m sure...this is her!”

D-day.

After they fight each other, Hongbin still stay at same spot to waiting Mona. But, she refused to answer phone from Hongbin. She didn’t reply any messages that Hongbin sent. Hongbin said sorry and feeling regret kissed her so bad like that, but Mona ignored all.

This bright day, Hyudang Bank so crowd and Mona will do her plan C today, without Hongbin. She has guns, so, she thinks can handle it alone.

The rest time come and like usually, many employees start to leave their place and take their lunch, “This is the time.” She whispering to herself and slowly take her bag to take gun. But...

‘DDARRR, DDAAAR DDAAAR DAR DAR DAR!!!!!!’

In a second, many peoples got shot by a black mysterious guy. Mona hasn’t touch her gun yet, the shoot sound already kill many peoples.

“What the hell is this!? Who’s that guy!?”

Peoples try to hiding in safe place but that guy keep shooting so brutal and he just shot to all direction.

“No, this is my chance, I will not let that guy takes my time..!”

Mona takes her guns and grab that with both hands and give 2 shots to that guy. Mona success make employees shock and she keep pointing guns to everybody.

“If you call police, I’ll kill you!” shout Mona then give a single shot to that guy. Finally he’s fall and bloody everywhere.

In another place, Hongbin try to go inside from exit door of the bank. He succeced do that and give sign to Mona to exchange with him. Mona still with her anger give a gun to Hongbin and she moves to third floor. She’s try to get into bank system.

Someone calling police, many polices come to Hyudang and give a warning to Hongbin, also Mona. But Mona ignored that and continue to hack the system, but this is not easy. This is need time to get into system.

Daehyun also at there, he’s standing at outside and he’s talks with microphone, “Give up! I give you 3 chances! Come out slowly then put down your gun!”

Hongbin inside the building and look many peoples crying, also panic, the that black mysterious guy. I know this guy...who is he?!

Slowly, Hongbin steps forward to that corpse to check who is the guy. He’s open the mask and he recognized that guy. This guy....bastard! The owner of that minimarket! Shit, is he try to kill Mona?

From outside, Daehyun give second warning, “This is the second time! Please give up and walk to outside then put down your gun! I have no doubt to shot you if you still ignore me!”

Hongbin feel bothering with that, “FUCK! JUST SHUT UP! STUPID COPS!!!!” then, ‘DDAR DAAR DDAAR, DDARR!’ Hongbin give 4 shots to ceiling and that’s make all peoples feel scarier.

“Sir! He’s shots it four times! We need to get in!”

“Wait! If 10 minutes he ignore us, then just attack him by go inside!”

While then, Mona already open the room and take much money, then after she done with those money, she comes down by pointing her gun. “Who was calling police!? You want die huh!?”

Mona is ready to shot someone but Hongbin doesn’t allow that. “Don’t need to kill. We just need money. Let’s leave this place.”

Then, Daehyun give the last warning.

“WALK OUT AND PUT DOWN YOUR GUN! THIS IS LAST WARNING, OR I WILL TAKE AN ACTION BY GO IN!”

Mona bothering by that, then she’s release single shot to window, ‘DDAAR!’

“I’m not afraid, you fuck cops!” yelling to cops.

“Mona, don’t do that!”

Mona throw the money bags to Hongbin and  give a shot to police car.

“ALL LISTEN! Do not shot without my command! I will step in first, you all follow behind me!”

“YES SIR!”

Then Daehyun walks first to get in but he find Mona pointing a gun to him. They both shock seeing each other.

“Mona...?”

“..Daehyun.?”

Mona down her gun and still shock find her ex became a cop and now he will arrest her.

“Shot him, Kim Mona! What are you waiting for?! I don’t wanna die here!”

Many police ready to shot Hongbin n Mona, meanwhile some cops evacuating peoples to safer place.

“Be better you give up, Mona.”

“Do you think I will be easy like that..?”

“Don’t make me shot you for second time.”

“You still remember that huh? You ever kill me once, I think that will be easy to do that again.”

“Last warning, Mona. Put down your gun!!!”

Mona about to shot him, but Hongbin moves faster than her and pointing his gun to Daehyun. “You jerk! Shut up!”

But, in a second... can change everything.

‘DDAAARR!’ ... just one shot in chest.

.....................

Her hand grab tight his arm. He hugs she really thight. She is smiling, and whispering something.

“...Thank you...for all..........”

Daehyun teary, Hongbin crying.

“Life well,.....”

“Sir, your shot make it end.. We need to hurry handle that guy.”

Daehyun didn’t answer, he hiding his teary eyes.

2 cops walk to Hongbin to arrest him.

‘DDAAARRR!’

He shock the cops and he falls to floor while hug tightly the died girl.
